After finishing Worth the Wait, I had to jump into Naughty Angel and to my astonishment I loved it more than Worth the Wait. I enjoyed reading Worth the Wait because it had a story I could relate and a story that was quirky and unique that it became so infectious.. Naughty Angel was about one woman's self discovery after being sheltered her whole life and a man who is able to be himself and fall in love. It was captivating.
Eve has been sheltered all her life by her strict religious parents. She decides to go to a college and discover who she is. She meets Asher, a bad boy nerd with tattoos and start to from a friendship. Sparks fly and feelings are developed between them. I enjoyed reading this story so much. It had the right dose of emotion that brought a unique dynamic to the story. I loved the sweet side to the story that was booth infectious and compelling. Naughty Angel was so beautiful written and it had a layer of love, drama, emotion and angst that made it so mesmerizing. I loved it.
Eve started so awkward and shy in this story. When she started discovering herself, she started to be strong and confident. I love development like that. I was even shocked to see she was virgin and I do not normally read books about virgins by K.M. Neuhold was able to showcase Eve as a virgin in a quirky way that was so interesting. Asher was such a sweetheart. I hated that people labelled him in a bad way because of the way he looks. He may be a bad boy with tattoos but he had a kind and generous heart. He had the willingness to help people and I admired that a lot.
Naughty Angel was really an amazing book to read I can't wait what K.M. Neuhold has in store for us in the Nerd Boy series.
